1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the HorecaCareer platform, available at horeca-career.be, which connects job seekers and recruiters in the hospitality sector.

2. Access to the service

Essential features (browsing job offers) are freely accessible at no cost. Creating a candidate account is free. Access to the recruiter module is subject to a subscription according to the plans in force.

3. User obligations

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Do not impersonate a third party
• Do not publish unlawful, misleading or discriminatory content
• Respect the confidentiality of other users' data

4. Intellectual property

The platform's content (design, texts, code) is protected by copyright. Job offers remain the property of their authors. CVs and profiles remain the property of the candidates.

5. Limitation of liability

HorecaCareer is a technical intermediary and does not guarantee the permanent availability of the service or the accuracy of job offers published by recruiters.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. HorecaCareer reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.
